The third bedroom which has two twins, TV/VCR, is nestled on the second floor. This loft bedroom can be considered a private room which also includes a private bath.
When in the kitchen preparing dinner or just getting a snack, you will be included in all the family fun because of the open design.
The large living room, which has a queen sofa sleeper, and the dining room, could be considered "a great room" to talk about your daily adventures. The gas fireplace will keep everyone toasty warm as they turn on the TV/VCR/DVD. The deck, which is just off the living room, will give you unforgettable, breathtaking views of Lake Dillon.
The unit does have a private garage to keep your car warm and ready to go. Plenty of ski racks are also in the garage. A washer/dryer is on the main level for your convenience.
There are also 3 covered hot tubs and a gas BBQ grill on the common grounds. This unit will sleep 8 to 10 people.
